Our History

The Multicultural Centre was established as part of LUSU’s strategic initiative to support its increasingly diverse student body. Recognizing the growing need for a dedicated space where students from all cultural backgrounds could come together, the student union launched the centre with the mission of fostering intercultural understanding and dialogue. Our history is marked by numerous milestones, including hosting many of the university’s first International events, launching cultural competency workshops, and establishing key partnerships with local community organizations.
