All LUSU members are invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is an important opportunity for students to engage in the governance of their student union, review the work of the past year, and participate in key decision-making.

The meeting will include presentations of the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report, the LUSU Executive Annual Report, and motions related to governance and oversight. A question-and-answer period with the LUSU Executive and Executive Director will also be held.

Proxy Voting

Students wishing to proxy their vote must submit a proxy by Monday, January 19 at 11:59 PM using the official Proxy Form: ttps://forms.gle/fFKszCJP48U85bHM6.
